Hello! I’m Amira — your guide to delicious and heartfelt meals.

My cooking journey began in my childhood kitchen in Casablanca, where spices and stories flowed equally. Every weekend, my aunt and I would gather around her worn wooden table, crushing cumin and saffron with a well-loved mortar and pestle. We didn’t measure— we felt. And laughter, shared memories, and the hum of family filled the air more than the aroma of simmering tagine.
I’m a self-taught cook who learned through trial, error, and deep curiosity. I started this blog to open the doors of my kitchen to you — sharing everyday favorites, experimental dishes, and simple tweaks that turn good food into great experiences.

From Notebook to Blog
Before this blog, I kept all my recipes in a big, messy notebook — pages stained with oil and flour, corners folded and scribbled on. Friends would always ask, “Can you send me that cake recipe?” or “How did you make that salad again?”
Eventually, I realized: why not share it with everyone? That’s when this blog was born — a digital home for the recipes I used to guard in notebooks and voice notes.
